Lightstream SD-WAN Service Level Objective
This document sets forth the Service Level Objectives for Lightstream SD-WAN services as well as all remedies, if any, associated with failure to meet the stated objective.
Service levels for individual hardware components of the SD-WAN service are governed by the Service Level Agreement/Service Level Objective for the underlying hardware platform provider. Service levels for individual telecommunications services components of the SD-WAN service are governed by the Service Level Agreement/Service Level Objective for the underlying telecommunications service provider. Such service level specifications can generally be found on the hardware and telecommunications provider’s website respectively. Lightstream makes no representation as to the availability of individual hardware components or hardware platforms or telecommunications services.
For the combined SD-WAN service provided by Lightstream, which consists of hardware procured by Lightstream, circuits procured by Lightstream, and SD-WAN management, monitoring, and notification services provided by Lightstream, the representative Service Level Objectives are depicted in the table below:
